Illusional Wall of fresnel lenses (detail)

The Fresnel Lenses are different strengths and focal lengths and some are wide-angle, so the refracted image drifts in and out of focus and shifts orientation as the viewer moves around them. They have a holographic 3-dimensional quality that confuses the eye, so that when you reach out the image is not where it appears to be.

The projected image which is 2m tall is now kaleidoscopcially reduced to just a few centimeters in size.
